Hi i may be wrong but i assume that PS7 does not really support 32bit pic of anykind. that's where the problem is... jm

Hi try using "Purge" command when scratch disk is full. edit - purge - all that should help. If you know your way around PS perhaps you could change your history states options also. By default you have 20 undo's ( preferences-general-history states), drop 'em to 5, for example. It should be enough to settle down your PS :)
