Thread: Animation Pose Needed | Forum: Animation
Quote - Have you looked for any clips on the net? Keep in mind that in poser you can use the dope sheet to "blend" from one animation to the next. I don't know if that works in Daz Studio since I don't use it.
Yes...and I came up empty. I use DAZÂ exclusively, so I doubt your suggestion would be feasable. I think what I need is a bit too specific, so I may have to put in a special request to one of R'osity's partners (ES3D or Posermocap) for a specialized BVH or PZ2 file.
Thanks:
Doug

Quote - The j29 in freestuff here is from this link : here
I know about that particular file and site...it does not meet my requirements.
The scene I want to recreate is from "Tomorrow Is Yesterday", where Capt. Christopher first sees the Enterprise.
Thanks anyway:

Quote - Nope, could not find one , unless $159 at turbosquid :)
There is a J29 in freestuff . search fighters or J29
I did...came up empty.
I've got some promising leads from DAZ and Foundation 3D, though.
Thanks:
Doug

Quote - You can import any obj or 3ds file to Poser. You will need to texture it though.
Yeah...that's the problem. I don't know how to make DAZ import textures to other programs' OBJ or 3ds files.

Quote - the triplane you can probably find. Snoopy, and other copyrighted characters like that will probably be harder to find, because they're so recognizable. Doghouse should be easy enough to model. I'm sure there's one out there, but just in case.
Give a man a model, and he can render for a day. Teach a man to model, and he'll waste the rest of his life...;)
I searched Renderosity...the closest I got was a plain doghouse and a couple of WWI-style airplanes in the wrong format. I need Poser/DAZ Studio format.
Thanks for your quick reply...I'll keep searching.

Dammitol! Cures your aches and pains for 15 minutes! Use as directed! ;) That's the whole point, Phil...and yes, that is silly ;)
Good work there!
What I need is a static/morphable prop, probably with a BMP/JPEG/GIF-type label that can be easily edited
Thanks again:
Doug

Thank you, Little Dragon! The assistance is greatly appreciated. I have DAZ, actually, and I'm still feeling my way around it. I was hoping for a free file, but this will do nicely. Doug
