just a little word about Mark reply, I'm may be wrong but i think that the most full featured package available for that price is animation:master 2000, it's even cheaper than carrara and also deal with sound, bones, muscle motion, gravity, clothes, radiosity, hairs, alpha channel for live and CG mix ... At first AM2000 is a little bit harder to manage but far more professional with time.

I thought about it recently, but i got a french realase of RDS and even if they send a full install CD they dont accept french registration (registration needed to upgrade). So i'm back at the starting point Thanks for the answer, i'm glad to see that USA forums are more active than french one( and sorry for my bad english) My quest is going on....

I use AFX bonebender and it's very cool, no more "pinocchio articulations" and very smooth bending. Needfull.
