As this topic was posted some time ago, I just wanted to say that I did resolve this problem.
As S.A had mentioned at the time they weren't going to release VAP for M4 or V4, I started (and failed at first) of resizing the armor.. The suit I have to say I sadly didn't end u using for a render but the Xurge HEV for M4/F4 and V4 (and more) was an extremely good substitute.

Yesterday I too noticed that his store was gone and was surprised to read that thread posted by Brokenangel... but both Rend and wartech both seem to be sorting out the problem yeah?

Personally.. I think I'll wait and see what his updated versions have to offer =D

lol :P I wasn't really in neeed of it.. but I was hoping that maybe for a few characters minus the helmet it would look fairly good in the comic I'm working on :P

yeah it's pretty easy to import 3ds max stuff in.. I mean you have to convert them (export them to obj) but it's not hard.. most of the time Max will save the material settings so that all you'd have to do is manually place them. I did that with a number of the models I downloaded in 3ds max format after I converted them and they still turned out pretty well :)

I'm still kinda new at all this 3d stuff myself so I'm really only just playing around and see what I can make. An Ebon Hawk would be cool though. I could have sworn somewhere I saw a model of that.. I don't remember where though.. I'll have to take another look sometime.

Yeah i edited a 3d model of the falcon for a custom ship design for a project I'm looking at doing just to see what it looks like... only difference between the falcon and this is that the cockpit is in the middle at the front...

a royal guard would be perfect for my project.. chewie and c3po well.. as for those two.. lets just say I'm more.. "Imperial favoured" :P

I have to admit I too am still learning this whole 3d thing.. but yes.. addicted..

I started using poser.. but everything was just.. well.. taking too long lol then I moved to Daz Studio.. and I was like "OMG!! So much easier"

I'd like to get into MAX and all that but I don't think I really have the time to sit down and play with it more than I have been.

I'll prolly stick with Daz.. its a lot easier to "strike a pose" in something you're familiar with lol
Currently working on a number of "renders" using a lot of stuff.. one of the projects I'm looking at doing is a Star Wars project.. (online comic) ;) but shh :P no where near finished yet :P Still doing character renders and stuff lol

The one thing I can't seem to find not even in MAX to convert it, is a Royal Guard or Shadow Guard.. Imperial as well as Republic.. those two would be awesome.. of course.. my luck seems to be running out lol
