You have to download the file in order to view the text.   Try that and see if you can pull it up. **

Part of the reason it's asking you for a separate file upload is b/c that has to be there for animation files.  It's easier to combine the two since we get so few entries to the Animation category.  I will include this explanation in the rules starting for the Holiday Contest.

The "File" submission box is for those entrants who have an animation file to upload.  The reason you weren't seeing your entry is b/c it has to be approved first.  I have approved the image.  You should be able to see it now!

In your account you have an item list that will list each item individually.  Check in the item list instead of the order list.

Just let me know if you still have trouble locating it.

Do you have  a Paypal account?  Or you could send check or money order, as well to pay for the difference.  Just a thought.  I'm like you, I hate for that to go to waste.

You can still use your vouchers, it's just one per order.

You don't have to close it.  Once everyone stops posting it won't notify you of messages anymore.

Hi, There unfortunately is no way to do this.  Sometimes if you have multiple products, we recommend splitting the order and using gift certificates on both orders.  But it sounds like you are purchasing one product only.  Our system will not allow using more than one per order.
