I'd recommend purchasing the Millenium teen characters from DAZ if you don't have them yet.. Also, I get pretty decent results using character based morphs for them like Handspan Studio's Natsumi. I combined that character with Poser 5 Dynamic hair and got good results. mep

Yes, the volumetric lighting comes from the Atmospheric node in Poser 5 Here's another one I did with volumetric lighting.

I posted my caustics render a little too soon. I added atmosphere along with the caustics in this new scene of the dolphin. God, I really love that Final Fantasy movie. I enjoyed it a lot more than the Phantom Menace or Attack of the Clone. I guess it's the whole concept that every living thing has a gaia, a simple life form like a plant to complex form like an entire planet. There is an underlying message that says that every one and every thing has a spirit. Marina

I played around with caustics and came up with a pretty descent render of the Angelfish. I'm guilty of complaining alot to my spouse about everything but somehow, we find a common ground and an understanding. When there are times that we can't agree on a certain thing, our moderater steps in and diverts our attention, and he's only two-years old. mep

It took the Hydra render a little over 2 minutes, can't remember how long in the previous updater cause I wasn't really paying attention. All I can say that it seems faster. Here's another scene I just render that took 5 minutes. I didn't have this scene to render in the last beta though. I'm really getting hooked on this atmosphere too.

Well, there is an improvement with this updater. I re-rendered this scene. This Poser 5 scene has atmosphere and displacement. It's considerably faster. as Lapis says, "carry on", Marina
