I use the basic out-of-the-box Posette more than anything. I have two favorite textures I use quite frequently: Katie by KateTheShrew, and Trash by User601 [examples in my Poser Gallery here at RO]. I seldom use the Posette models by Yamato since the release of his V2 versions, but the Posette versions are still on my HD. There are actually 3 versions floating around... all unannounced releases at the DAZ forum d/l site: 1. The original Sara by Dark Whisper; 2. First SR fix for the finger joint problem; 3. The current release to prevent her looking so much like the soon to be released THE G.I.R.L.

My personal advice would be to stick with the original version of Sara if you didn't overwrite her. This whole thing of 'updating' her...actually messing her up...to prevent her looking so much like the soon to be released G.I.R.L. --- is Bull Feathers!! "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

In ref to Gareee's post: I am really disappointed in the lack of support for the Neftoon Gal who has been totally ignored by the Poser community. Alexa, on the other hand, has a ton of stuff available for her, you just never see her or her clothing in use. She is basically located exclusively at a site few folks visit...3D Commune. The GIRL holds no interest to me panties or not.

It sounds like a very good idea, even though I don't do P5. I am still waiting on someone to write a good one for Poser 4 so I don't have to piece all these tidbits found online together.

I am going to compose this in Notepad and post....I did a lengthy post on the other thread concerning this subject and the damn thing didn't post.
Briefly hilighting that other post and the way I see things.....
Daz will quit supporting Poser once D|S is finally stable, I think we all already know this for a fact. We will be looking at the evolution of Daz Content versus Poser Content ... and does this mean we will have to purchase tons of new Vickies and Mikes if we decide to go with D|S? The content issues might have to be taken in hand by some of the third party creators with the capabilites of building from the base mesh up?
Poser 6 is going to have to address the issue of compatible content as a major consideration, and Daz is going to have to issue a version 6 of Bryce in order for it to attract the market they are seeking.
Too many of the principal players have lain dormant too long, and I can see them skipping some important steps in the evolutionary chain.
I can see this turning into a game of blindman tag...and I am personally going to guard my copy of Poser 4 with my life.
