Great story ! I did some cross races during the 80's, always equiped with superior material but never reached top places. Good equipment maybe helpful but isn't worth a cent if you can't handle it. Took me dozens of years to learn my own lessons, how to explain to a child ? I'm missing an answer.

Size and textures can be controlled individual within the advanced material editor. There's also a switch called 'Avoid overlapping instances'. Actually I get reproduceable chrashes when populating the ecosystem with low density. You can also use powerful functions to control a variable density but, as far as I know at the moment, only for the complete population not individually. Maybe you should watch eon's site, I think a demo version will be available soon. Norbert

Cool model, indeed. Forester has some nice addons to create waves and splashes, maybe you want to follow the link.Thread: vue 4 where to buy it | Forum: Vue
Both versions of Vue import pz3 directly. With Vue 4 Pro and Vue 5 Esprit+Expansion modul you can modify a character or scene in Poser and after you switch to Vue it will ask to import the modifications, which is a very nice feature because there's no need to rearrange the character or scene in Vue again. Vue 4 is more solid when it comes to large scenes. Vue 5 has fantastic new lightning options (if you can handle the render time). It's hard to tell which version to take, I think it depends on your preferences.

The Vue interface is easy to learn and straight forward. Vue 4 Pro trial version is not time limited, so you may want to try this one. Just follow the link. Don't miss to visit the backroom of this forum.Thread: New Freebie from Gaetan..... | Forum: Vue
