mmmm.... nice question, not easy to answer in english (i speak french lol) ... So...Â
I never asked myself about this... i take pics because... i need it ! When i'm walking, sometimes i 'feel' something very special, and i want to keep it in my mind.Â
This way, when i'm looking at my pics, i feel again the same thing (if my pic is good lol)... I don't want to impress and, basically, i don't need to show my pics.Â
But, i show them because i want to share my feeling... sometimes it works, sometimes not.... I'm happy if you feel something, i'm happy if you like my pic, but i'm happy if you don't like it too, because if you don't like it, it means you feel someting about it !!
so.. yeah, it's great... i'm so unhappy if you have a look at it like you look at a simple wall.
I have returned to classic film, beacuse i need the complete feeling, i need to touch it ! to touch my feeling...
... yep... i take pic because i feel the world, i feel my world, and i want to keep it in mind. I have a lot of pics in my mind you know :oP

 Hi GiMi,
i don't know what's the prob here.. i don't want to know. But about your pic, there is some technicals probs:
- the sky is burned out, white.
- somes shadows are big black without details;
- so the light is difficult to understand...
But, i like the compo of the three horses who are looking at you, the fine details in the middle tones (mostly on the horse of right). The center of the pic is a little bit empty...

Hi Tom,
thanks a lot for your advice, they are precious for me, it's the way i view it...
So, now i've created 2 workshops at two dates here in Namur. The first is with 'urban composition', the second with 'depth of field' as subject, for 6 persons max.
The half is yet reserved lol
But, it's a little bit difficult for me to think that i'm the 'leading' or 'fine' photographer lol
i need to trust more myself i think lol
i will use all you advices :oD thanks again :o)

i understand, but a workshop isn't a real 'curse', yes ?
The idea here is to walk in the streets of Namur (my prefred city) and take picture with advice, subjects, corrections, based on the theme...
maybe workshop is not the correct word :os
