I prefer to see the inages at full size too. I would like to see that option brought back.

I also agree with this. Change the highlight color of the page number or underline it. Also bring back the option to view fullsized image when first opened not the resized ones.

Thanks everyone for the directions. I think I found a solution. When i go to EXPORT it asks for transparency color. I have been leaving it default gray. I switched to black and this is the end results. I am happy with it.

OK thanks for your help.

I dont know what working with a mask is all about or how to do it.

I made some more today using the magic wand with anti alias off. Still geting the white edges around it.

Is there a way to save the image with a transparent background instead of EXPORTING it as a gif? A JPG is prefered as I have a ton of them to make.

Quote - You are using the Magic Wand and the background is white (correct?) so that is where the artifacts are coming from.

Try using the Layer > Matting > Defringe

could you tell me how to do this? layer>matting>defringe I am using Photoshop 5

ok thanks Im still experimenting, learning D/S. any other help hints secrets would be helpful. I only use V3 and A3 characters so far. Poss upgrading to V4 within a few months though.
