Ok, i just resolved this problem with the help of "whompie"
I've pluged an headphone in the mic line and then it works.......very strange.......but it works

Perhaps guys with Realtek HD could have the same problem so here is how to resolve

I've used Audacity and tried with different format without good result
I also have tried to import the wav in the "lipsynch" folder of poser runtime wich normally should work but i doesn't.....

I don't have any codecs pack and the wave file are decoded by the windows wave parser so the problem don't seems to be here

Some people have these problems too (regarding other threads), but it's not listed in the Poser FAQ so i don't know what to do....
