Hello.... fantastic job you guys are doing on this. I just had a suggestion... how about an index page where we can go back and look at the previous weeks? I know I have missed a week or two already and would love to be able to go back and look without having to find the posting here in the forum for the link. :)

Life IS too short. This entire thread is a very good example of why I don't frequent this site or the forums. It seems every time I come here there's an argument about something, if not between the members of the fractal community, then between or about other communities. Everyone always says the community (no particular one) is so friendly and helpful. I have seen posts in more than one forum from a new artist asking a simple question that gets very few, if any, replies, but something like this turns into a pissing contest. It's fairly obvious to me that the arguments are more important than the actual art, helping people improve, etc. To many people at least. I know there are those who are truly helpful and nice, I don't lump everyone here into one group by any means. But it is just a bit annoying to be subjected to the constant bickering, like putting a bunch of 5 year olds into a room with only one toy. I have received some harsh criticism in the past on this site... My choice in how to handle that was to just ignore them because their opinion isn't worth my time. If it needed to be handled otherwise, I would have gone through the proper channels. The constant public "hashing out" of personal problems between individuals in one of the forums, and now the escalation to arguments between different forums, is just too much. Many new artists are driven away by this. I, for one, can say it's basically pushing me further away from this site. Can't we all just get along? (Or at least leave each other alone)

It appears that one of your transforms (triangles) has a polar variation. You should use the Editor and find the triangle that has the polar variation applied (click each triangle and check for any value other than zero for Polar on the Variations tab) and set the value to zero. This may affect your flame (for better or worse, never know). Hope this helps. :)
