Thread: OXANA on a Mac- .obj problem | Forum: MarketPlace Customers
I'm another mac user and i've had that problem myself .. usually though, it's caused by one of 2 things .. either the .obj file isn't where a .cr2 expects it to be (installed into wrong directory), or it doesnt say .obj on the end. it has to end with .obj. Or, the .obj file doesnt have the same name as the reference in the .cr2. I couldnt help but notice your quoted error said "cannot open the .obj file OXANA_V2." ... notice, not OXANA_V2.OBJ, like it should be. in Windows you dont see the suffixes but on the mac you should.

Goofy and wonderful, like all your stuff! (When DAZ comes out with a millenium kitty, this is the person who provides the litter box)

Thread: How can I produce Poser4 compatible cr2s with Poser5? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks everybody! this is EXACTLY the stuff i needed to know. Thanks especially to wdupre for the tips about file cross-compatibility, that's just the area i was unclear about. And yes, all things considered, having P4 running for test purposes really is the easiest and only safe answer in the long run. I will go ahead with creating in P5 and then testing in P4, because i'd like to be able to offer both a P4 and a P5 version, or a "fat" (features for both apps) version whenever possible, and you've clarified what i need to do for that. Thanks again!
