That looks awesome. I've tried to model cars, but the interiors, especially the dashboard with all those details, is too darn hard to do for me.
Thread: How to generate animated smoke elements in Poser? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Off the top of my head, I can think of one possible way, although I haven't actually tried it. I would apply a smoke video to a flat plane as an animated texture and position the plane so that it looks like the smoke is emanating from the crashed aircraft.. To do this I use the movie node in the materials room and apply a transparency map video over the smoke video. Here is an example of using the movie node. Click on the Editorial tab. This one doesn't have any transparency maps applied to it but I think you get the idea.

Quote - Marv is similar to max/garment maker but is done in real time and you can manipulate in real time. Also, it's significantly lower in price.
That's cool. I've never heard of it before. I'll have to check it out.

These are all made in 3ds max and imported into Poser as props. I then ran cloth simulations on them.

I followed the garment maker tutorials for 3ds max 2009 from the autodesk website. It's definitely way easier than box modelling.
Making conforming clothes is a whole different beast. Once you model the clothes, you have to import it into Poser and properly rig it to get it conform to the figure you made the clothes for.
Thread: Star Trek: Aurora (Poser/Daz animation)--the Conclusion/Thanks | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Whoa! I'm am very impressed! I've seen a lot of Star Wars fan films but most of them were really lame. Even though they had great visual effects, their story lines were not very well thought out. I began watching this video thinking the same thing only this time it's a Star Trek film but it turned out to be really good!
