Yes, you can easily export meshes from Acropora to Vue, or any other rendering application for that matter. The size of the meshes is up to you, tools are available that can optimise and reduce the polygon "footprint". In the end memory and system performance will dictate the working resolution.
There is a 30-day fully functional trial version.
