I've been on Renderosity for quite a while but I think this is my first time on the forums! (Oh, I guess not since it says I have 12 posts...I wonder what those are from?? LOL)

I just couldn't help it, when I saw Dale B's " YOu'l know you're doomed when you start looking at people and thinking about dialing that jawline just a little bit...."

I knew I was doomed when I would look at people and immediately try to figure out what character I would use to replicate them. "He's a David. Or, he's a James. Or, she actually looks like Dina!"

And, I knew I was insane when I would be working on a portrait and swear it would blink at me on its' own! (I was just coming off a 15 hour stint at the computer, though) :blink:

Thank you Dr Geep! I'm thinking that I forgot to clothify again when I changed to a new simulation. Sometimes it tells me the object has already been clothified and sometimes it lets me do it again. I'm still working on why that is. Say, when you bring out your tutorial for the cloth room, will you be adding the explanations of what the rest of the dials do, like sheer resistance and the rest? No one, not even the P5 manual has explained the why's of the cloth room. I've read several tutorials and they tell you what to do but don't tell you why you're doing it, how it effects what your clothifying. That would be great and the most helpful to me! How can you play with the dials when you don't know what sort of effect they're going to have on the material? :) (hint) ;) Thanks for all your help! Hi geep! Oh my! I thought I clothified it! By looking at your examples...maybe I forgot that step! Wow! I didn't get my square to look like that by any stretch! I'll go back and make sure I have all my steps right. Oh, and thanks for the tip on the hair! That was one of the other things I was wondering about. I'll let you know what happens if it still doesn't work for some reason. Oh! I almost forgot, can you clothify any primitive like that? Does it just work on flat looking surfaces? Is there anything I should look for to know if I can clothify it or not? Just curious. Sorry to sound so stupid [blush]. :) Thanks a lot! Viv

Hi geep, Thanks! I tried that one already and it waved around a lot like a particle board in the breeze but didn't lay flat or make any folds. I'll give it another shot. As I said, I'm just learning and I'm sure I'm missing something simple. I'll try 'er again. :) Viv

Oh, Sorry...I forgot to mention that I do have an extractor that will take the image information out of PSP's picture tubes in .png format. I just don't know what to change it into or if it's even possible. Thanks! Viv

Hi everyone, I would like to apologize to everyone for starting this thread. I had a very high fever for a good part of the day yesterday and when I woke up from my nyquil (sp) induced stupor, I was mortified to see what I had written!! I'm so embarrassed!
