Let's start at the beginning, please.

What version of Poser 11 are you installing and where did you get the copy you are trying to install?

If you are not using the Bondware/Renderosity version of Poser, it will behave exactly as you are seeing. All Smith Micro versions of Poser have been "turned off" at the SM servers because Bondware purchased Poser.

So, if we can, let's make sure you have a valid, working copy of Poser that you are trying to install.

Hey! I downloaded the final version from here as 11.2. I start poser, after the loading banner, the programs opens but only the background UI and after some seconds it crashes to desktop. I will try to use uninstaller program to clean old smith micro version. Thx!

I have the same issue on Windows 10 Home edition German (PC: i7-9700K, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA 1070Ti) with the version Poser Pro 11.2.319 as of 11-13-2019 12:11 pm downloaded from here (https://www.posersoftware.com/downloads). - It opens and displays the UI Background, then crashes.

Specialities of my installation:

• I bought an upgrade of an existing licence, but when registering I can't enter the previous licence (the field is not editable and says: not required)
• The applications folder path is not standard but C:ApplicationsPoser Software
• Not using default library path but on a secondary drive E:3D_Library

I tried different approaches: installing as normal user or admin; I also did an clean uninstall using the suggested geek uninstaller and started all over again

Any further suggestions and ideas where the problem comes from and how to solve it? @drages did you finally manage to get it working?
