For plugins you can go to : www.plamingpear.com, www.amphisoft.com, www.cybia.co.uk, www.sapphire-innovations.com... Just search in google for example, you will find tons of plugins and textures

You also can go there : http://www.guistuff.com You will be able to find good interface, tutorials and the forum is interesting.
