grin yep thats what I meant.. Well what I tried so far was to set up the new comp & poser program settings the same as on the old comp. the only diff being that the old is 95 & new is 98 though I cant imagine that would do it. I wrote to metacreation but no answer there yet. good suggestion though. That was what I thought too. new twist... I made the charcter on the new comp, then I zipped the rsr & cr2...moved them to the old comp,it showed up as te white circle..opened the character in a pic, looked good... readded it to the library.. the icon came up as it should. rezipped & transported it to the new comp & now it shows... hmmm looks like Ill have to save my work & uninstall then reinstall poser I hope.

nope sorry grin I can still add on the old comp no prob including the ones I zip off the new add to the old, resave & they are good to go. Thanks anyway

Thanks again Paul, Well, I went in to both first Poser & then into Bryce working on it & found of course I can do some on both end though of course they both have pluses & minuses when I am not fully set up , but I can see what you're talking about. THanks a lot for your help. I know Ill be buggin a lot of people w/ Qs... geeze just off the top of my head I can think of about 10 completely different things non related that are driving me nuts.. Thanks Paul, Well, I never know what I'll end up w/, but that is how I send them across. This last person & most for that matter, come across w/ the skin really darkened & greyed. lips & eyes are just dark grey. The hair sometimes is colored sometimes not. I havent been able to find any areas to "Export" OBJs any different from one time to the next. The eyes are what bug me the most, hate to lose the" life " in them * shrug* Thanks for the help, Tony
