I can't help looking at that pic and thinking of the "Kitten 2" storyline currently playing in the Sluggy Freelance comic strip. Particularly since it featured a character named Dart, who also had sunglasses, a similar hairstyle, and a bullseye on his t-shirt.

Oh. Torg is one of the main characters in Sluggy Freelance. He's the guy striking a doomed but heroic pose in panel 8, wearing a vest covered in kitty toys.
