I've tried every which way, but cannot get the PTERANODON for PC to download. I REALLY REALLY must have it to accompany the other dinos. Please!

I experienced the same problem on my computer at work (or was it the one at home?), but not the one at home (or was it the one at work?) Sorry, can't remember which computer it worked and which it didn't, but it definitely wouldn't download on one of them no matter what I tried, bit downloaded just fine on the other. (FYI, they're equivalent PC's.)
Intel Core I7 3090K 4.5 GhZ (overclocked) 12-meg cache CPU, 32 Gig DDR3 memory, GeoForce GTX680 2gig 256 Bit PCI Express 3.0 graphic card, 3 Western Difgital 7200 rpm 1 Tb SATA Hard Drives
