I hadn't seen anyone reference this link yet, but Daz has put a FAQ together on Victoria 3. Doesn't answer all the questions that have been asked here, but could keep the same questions from being asked multiple times. I would even be willing to bet that Daz would take suggestions for additional information to add to the FAQ (if asked politely, of course) :-) It currently answers the following questions: What is Victoria 3.0?
