Yes, it is possible. Make a backup first of the files. Use at your own risk.I found a neat utility to batch replace text, so I can have my V3 morph injection folders in a location other than the default ones. The default installation location is RuntimelibrariesPose!V3 .... Mine are now in RuntimelibrariesPoseDAZ-V3...
Some of the Vicki morph injection folders can be moved or renamed with impunity. If the folder is full of individual morphs, such as "!V3 Eyes INJ", then you can rename the folder or copy the morphs to another folder and they'll work fine if you click on that individual morph. These individual morphs simply call up a script located somewhere else in Poser, so they don't care where they're located.
The files that contain injections for multiple morphs at one time are the problem. Although the multi-morph files can be moved to another location without any problem, they look for several individual morphs in your Pose folders. If the individual morphs referenced by the multi-morph files are moved to other folders, Poser throws a fit. "!V3 All Morphs INJ" is one such folder. If you examine a multi-morph file with Notepad, ("! All Body Morphs.pz2" for example) you'll notice that it calls up lots of morphs from other Pose folders. If those individual morphs in other folders are moved, then Poser starts complaining. The trick is to change where Poser looks for each individual morph in the multi-morph files. That's why the batch replace program is so nice.
I have P5 and put all of my Vicki 3 morph folders into subfolders under a folder called DAZ-V3. I ran the batch replace utility on my "!V3 All Morphs INJ" folder and told it to replace "Pose" with "Pose:DAZ-V3". The program opened up every file in that folder, replaced the text, and saved the changes. I then went into Poser and clicked on the "! All Body Morphs" pose. It worked just fine. Poser knew to look in the DAZ-V3 folder, then in the correct subfolders for the individual morphs.
If you have P4, you can use this to combine a lot of your V3 morph folders together. (Perhaps UpperBody, LowerBody, and Head.) In this example, you would move your poses into these three folders, then batch replace the original folder names in the multi-morph files with the new folder names (such as "!V3 Chest-Breast INJ" to "!V3 UpperBody".)
BTW: the program can create backup files so if you goof on the first try, you can kill the files and try again.
The program is free, Poser liked the files changes, and my anti-virus hasn't kicked up a fuss so I thought I'd post the info. The program is a bit strange, but not hard to use. This is definitely a "Use at Your Own Risk" post, though.
Cheers!

Even better, there's only two folders worth of files that need to be modified if you want to move around all your V3 Pose folders: !V3 All Morphs INJ !V3 All Morphs REM Hope I'm not too confusing!

Yep, that is what I did, you only need to change the paths in those folders, all others work regardless of where you put em. I like the nested folders in Poser5 and all mine a structures like :Runtime:Libraries:Pose:Daz3D:Victoria 3:...... Everything was peachy when I renamed all the All poses.

With a little setup work, I bet Homesite could do it too.

well, I had to make copies of them and put them both in Pose and Posen... one so they work and another so they show up in Poser. (German version of Poser 4 here :-/)

I've been looking into this as well, although I want to change the directory completely from Pose to Face (to save room in the Pose folder & have all my morphing files in the same place. I also put all my mor files in the Face folder so I don't have to chase down what I want in 3 different places)
