In poser 4, How do i save a texture?

A texture is made outside of poser by coloring in a wireframe map..if you want to save a figure with the texture on it.....go into your libraries and hit the plus button, type in a name and you're set. If youve made a texture and want to locvate it go to the surface material window and click load by the texture portion then locate it (move your texture to poser4/runtime/textures) -DA

Ok, so how do we get these wireframe maps?

Started to answer your other one but it was gone by the time I replied. The wireframe maps are on in the Templates folder on the second P4 CD. Or, you can create your own from any .OBJ file using Steve Cox's UVMapper (link at right -->) In answer to your other one, select a figure and open the Surface Materials dialog box (CTL/U) and it will show you what maps are currently applied. (Texture,Bump,Tranparency & Reflection) These files are already on your drive somewhere. The default location is: ~whatever~/runtime/textures/ but they could be anywhere. Open this file in a paint program and go crazy modifying it. You may also want to check out tlaubach's Happyworldland for the largest collection of P4 Nudfem maps. Great place to start if you want to create your own, but not from scratch. http://www.fortunecity.com/rivendell/lucky/472/happyworldlanduncut/index.htm
