Attached Link: Best Codec for Rendering with Poser 5 MakeMovie

Using Poser5 with a 1.6Ghz processor & 512MgRam to create movies via Poser5. I would like to know the best Codec(s) to use with the make movie feature in Poser. I understand that it take some time to create movies via Poser & the Render time take time as well, but I would like to know the best Codec or Codecs to use that will save time and still output good quality rendered movies.
