I just received Vue 4 for Christmas. So far, I haven't had time to do anything with it but render a few existing PZ3 files, but I'm already impressed. But what is impressing me the most is the User Guide. It is excellent! Like where it will tell you about an option (like superior-anti-aliasing), then tell you that you probably won't want to use the option because it won't make that much difference. I'm used to user guides that say things like, "The bmxue options selects how many bmxues you want in your picture," without telling you what a bmxue is. I am very happy! lynn

Make sure your running the latest version. 4.11. There is a few quarks in 4.0 that have been fixed. Sometimes the updates are already applied. You can check by clicking help / About Vue d'Esprit 4. If not go to E-on Software on the web and download it.

I just downloaded and applied the 4.11 update. The version that came in the box was 4.06. Thanks for the heads-up. lynn

You are like me, I always read the user guide. Have fun with your new software, I am sure you will have a blast. Sharen

Sure you can read the user guide during night (at the same time your computer calculate an image) ;=) Yves
