I'm working on transferring one of my Michael textures over to Victoria 3. IMHO she makes a pretty good male character. Here's a head and body shot. What do you think?

Thanks,
Spectre

He's looking real good! I'm trying to figure out the new mapping for a tat overlay. It looks like we can finally get a good arm tat on V3.

Gee, that looks really good. I think I like "him" better than Michael!

Thanks Everybody :)

I agree, but you gotta give him some hair in his armpits! lol Seriously though, because of the way V3 is mapped, it can be done.

Very nice WIP - I love what you did with the muscular arms and body adjustments, as well as the texture. Yup - needs hairy armpits. And the nose and eyes still look a bit feminine to me. But you did an excellent job on the eyebrows and mouth!!

With your very reasonable prices, I think it would be pretty easy to re-buy them for V3. OR - you could make updates! (I WISH!! LOL!) :-) I'd love to see a wonderful realistic texture like Bria on mobile face like V3 has. :-) later - dg

the texture looks nice, but the figure looks like a woman pretending to be a man, a mans body has a V shape from shoulder to hip

Thanks for the comments..... The body is strictly the V3 male body morph. No extra tweaking. My main goal is the male texture. The face morph does look a little feminine still, but I'm sure with some tweaking it could easily look more masculine..... I thought it would be a good starting point just to get the male thing going :) Thanks, Spectre

Looking good spectre, did you happen to see what I did with your rose texture and the male morphs?

fauve posted Sat, 28 December 2002 at 9:40 PM

I definitely like "him" better than most of the Michael characters I've seen. I'm getting in line for this tex when you're done with it... it's great work.

Hi Kattman, Yes, I did see what you did with Rose. Great Job! Thanks fauve!

I agree with what dirk said about the body shape, but it's easy to fix that with just a bit of scaling. Here I scaled V3's chest and collars on the x-axis to 115%. I also scaled his/her feet/toes up by 110% so that he wouldn't have tiny little feet... I don't think this looks too bad... he still has girly hands, but the fact that I didn't change the color of the nails probably has a lot to do with that... with the right texture, this guy could look pretty manly... maybe? ;)

Oh "He" looks fabulous!! Are you going to make the texture available?

wow Cin that's excellent

KattMan posted Sun, 29 December 2002 at 8:12 AM

and if you want genitals: Load mike Use the grouping tool to make a prop of his genitals. Remove mike. Translate the genitals to -0.022 on the Y axis. Parent them to the hip with no inherit bends. Works well.

Thanks for the pointers Cin- and KattMan! I have been wondering how to give Victor his genitals and I think he does look more manly after the scaling you did to him, Cin-. Thanks again! Jay
