I love the hair, but it's only in the Arizona 2024 pack. I don't need another character pack. Any thoughts on selling just the hair? I'd buy it and the mats if it were available.

I doubt that DarkWhisper will be offering the hair by itself, but for the price of the character/hair pack (19.95) you're getting a really good deal. Considering that most hair props of this quality level are around that price by themselves.
