Hi- maybe someone has had this problem and can help me with it. When I put in my content cd it just spins and spins- if I have Carrara open I get the hourglass- this continues until I "end task" on it. On the few times that it hasn't done this I'm unable to "add folder" from the browser- I click on "add folder and get the dialog but it never enters the browser.I've cleaned the cd and that doesn't seem to help.Thanks Daf

Did you do a typical or custom installation? If you did anything but a custom install then uniinstall Carrara, reinstall and make sure you select custom install and choose all the options the one you looking to install they may not be is the Icon Manager. I could be wrong though.

Thanks Tuck3d- I try reinstalling using "custom" and selecting different options and it still did it. I called Metacreations and they are sending me new CDs. Thanks for the help! Daf
