Has anybody had any dealings with the Sensu-Japan web site? I ordered a cd-rom of the member area thru CCNow 2 months ago. Still no cd-rom and all e-mail inquiries go unanswered.

I for one was very disatisfied with my membership... Site was not updated for months, definitively not worth the money. nuff said

I ordered the CD and didn't get it, but an email fixed the problem. I like his work, and all that data on a CD for, what, $15.00, mailed halfway round the world...doesn't seem so bad to me.

BAD BAD BAD! had a membership and regretted it. no custmer service, updates, and when the guy did respond to my email, i got the distint feeling that he had just recieved an alcohol enema....stay away!
