Lately I have been playing around with simple 3D "stick figures" while I learn to use Carrara's new boning feature. I was amused by how much expression can be packed into simple lines. It's interesting the way one's brain fills in the details, so that you can make something that is obviously fake, no where near anatomically correct, and still have it express personality and character. So here's my challenge, suitable for beginners like myself: How simple can you model something, and still have it be an engaging or recognizable character?
My version of a classic character. Stick Figure Death!
love the hooded guy lol this should be a cool thread !
I've been experimenting with Carrara's new bones feature, so here is Stick Figure Death doing his James Brown impression.
