Subject: playing with PS

steps and rails.... trying to keep the detail on the railings but I've lost the dramatic contrast...suggestions anyone? Jack

Not quite sure if this is what you are after but here was my go at it. I adjusted the levels for white and then played in curves for a sec. I tried to maintain as much detail as I could. Didge

This ought to give you an eyesore. Some curve work on didgeriddo's post with bworks filter and dreamy filter.

Ok..I'll give it a shot. hard to work on a jpeg. Adjusted using levels and curves.

Ey, Jack. This is a good subject. (I'm a sucker for repetitive patterns.) I love the POV and the abstraction, but IMHO the postwork and the lack of contrast (or rather, too much gray) made it look flat. I like what didgeriddo did, it kind of gave depth to the image. Kachink-kachink! Like Don, I'm wondering what the original looked like.

Hey, I like the colors in the original. Good job cloning the lamp out. (* (Dang, I should be asleep but the ebots keep on coming! Couldn't help myself hehe)
