lucifer's mapping & textures are done -- in fact, there are now four full body maps available for four different looks.

just finished modelling & rigging lucifer's riding tack, which consists of conforming saddle & conforming bridle. the saddle's seat is a smart prop, as is the amorphous duffle thing that's so popular with these items. the bridle's reins are enhanced with easypose channel controls, which have also been incorporated into lucifer's tail. at some point lilith's tail will also get easypose controls.

i didn't think it was possible to make an already arcane & tedious process any more mindnumbing, but i have to hand to ajax (inventor of easypose erc technique) -- he has really brought cr2 hacking to a positively sublime new level.

next on the todo list: mapping & texture maps for the tack ...

That is some fine work. I'm looking forward to seeing how the riding tack looks once textured. I don't care much for Lilith, but I'll definitely pick up Lucifer when he's available. Will the tack be included with Lucifer, or sold separately? I have other uses in mind for him than steed.

Really wonderfull figure. I like him much better than Lilith. Hope the ETA isn't too far, He will be mine. I have been looking for a bat like this a long time. Is there a trans map for the wings its kinda hard to tell. Tonymouse

not to worry folks, he's due out this month, though i can't give a more precise eta than that. his riding gear will be available separately. and no transparency maps are used with the figure, if that's what's being referred to.
