Hello friends ! Well Im a freshman in poser. I want to create a walk-cycle with the walk desinger in posers pro pack. But I dont know where I can get .CR Files ? If I want to change the human male person as figure, Poser wants to load an .cr (compressed character file). I dont have this file. 1. Do I have to create it myself ? 2. How can I load the raptor model in the walk designer ? Thank you all for help, capu

Select the Raptor.cr2 or .crz from Poser's character folders. I'm not sure how well the Walk Designer will work with the raptor, but at least it's a biped.

The Raptor will hunch over. But you can fix that easily. 1.) create the walk and ignore the upper body 2.) after you're happy with the leg and hip movement. Go to animation frame number 1. 3.) Select it's Hip. And stand him up using the "Bend" Dial 4.) open the graph editor and select the Hip->Bend graph 5.) straighten out the line by selecting the entire line and dragging you mouse to the right. That will give you a pretty decent basic walk. You can fine tune the arms and stuff from there. You should save that 30 second animation to your Walk Desiner folder at this point. That way you can use it later without having to recreate it from scratch again. ScottA

have you got the latest service release installed?i seem to remember that one of the patches messed this up,making it impossible to load any other figures in the walk designer, but it was fixed once again in the next[last?] service release
