Clint, Bondware will not allow my card to go through because of my address on it. It is a PO Box. The same address I have been using for 8 months now and the same address I have spent hundreds using and Bondware has never been cheated. I DO NOT have a reg address. That is my permenent address while living in Korea. So what is up? After all this time it is no longer allowed???

Mine isn't going through either. And I don't have a PO box and live in the States. Must be a snag in the software somewhere. I purchased something okay about 24 hours ago, but didn't get an email receipt which is really strange. First time that's happened. BTW..obviously not my real name there. I change it whenever I do an order, and yes, it was correct. Tried a few times (select my name from my browser dropdown for accuracy). Even shut down the browser and tried again later.

BTW..didn't mention, but mine errored for the address as well.

Spit, when it was refused what did it say? Mine was specific. It said "could not veirify address, PO Box " and something else. I too had bought something earlier without a hitch. I do understand if they getting ripped off BUT it should also ride on individuals accounts. Those who never "bounced" a payment should be waived from those rules. I do have paypal but it's just plain irritating that it is NOW happening. grrrrrrrr

Kayjay..yeah mine had the same error message. Address and zip code I think couldn't be verified. Looked out my window and I'm still here. Popped over to DAZ and picked up a platinum item with the same card. No problem. So something's going on over here.

Hmm..Interesting. I checked and we are processing orders and have been all night. Can you give it another try and let me know if still a problem. Thx, Clint

Just got a call from the fraud protection department at my bank. They got a flood of 1 cent purchases this morning and blocked all the cards. Also, when I went to see what was new at Renderotica, I was logged out for some reason, and my email and password both seem to be wrong now, for some odd reason. Seems to me like sombody got hacked soemwhere out there. I suggest anyone experiencing login or password problems check on their card status and look for any abnormal purchases. Then contact their bank/creditor immediately if they see anything strange on the card.
