I noticed "Domain Name Registration" spamming in several forums. Apparently, the referrer gets a kickback if somebody follows the link and/or registers. But since the Kingdom of Tonga already has one of those deals free-of-charge, it seems pointless to me why anyone would follow a link to a pay-to-play service.
