From which language to which other language? The online ones are all a bit of a joke really. Babelfish at Altavista is ok, and there is one at Google also. In fact, search in Google for "language translation" and you'll get plenty of results. If you want to pay for an "intelligent" translator, it'll cost you big bucks. They are available, but I dunno where.

An intelligent translator would be someone who has learned the language and is able to translate not only the words but the sense too. No online translator can do that - they only translate the words and what comes out of that is often more than funny ;-).

Babylon is pretty good too but like Puntomaus said what comes out doesn't always link well with reality.

Altavista has one that I use all the time. Not always 100% accurate but it works.
