Hello The hard drive in my system died and as a result I needed (among many other things) to reinstall Poser4. I started with MetaCreations Poser 4.xx, upgraded to CuriousLabs Poser 4.03, then upgraded to ProPack. At this point everything worked just fine. Then I tried to install the CuriousLabs ProPack SR3. The installer finds the Poser4 EXE without any problem but when I select the directory with the Poser4 EXE (as opposed to the Poser5 EXE) and try to go ahead and do the update the installer claims there is no valid version of ProPack installed. Very frustrating. Any Ideas? Regards, Frederick C. Wilt

This has been covered. Apparently you should uninstall P5. Then try installing the PPP SR. Then reinstall P5. This is a known bug.

fcwilt,The work around for installing the SR3 is as follows....when the installer locates the Poser4 exc.,then ask to installe at this location..click NO...Then locate the Poser exc.yourself with the installers browser..then click installe.I know it is the same location, but that is the work around.
