Those are certainly ... unusual.
I haven't seen anything like that specifically, but lourdes has some free jester hats that could be resized and parented to Vicky and the Millennium Girls. Add a knitting or fleece bump-map to the material and it would probably be close to that first one.

Those are very popular with snowboarders. When we carried them they sold out. I may try to give that second one a try. ;)
