Attached Link: First render *600 lights in two groups diff locations*
Ok I've been out of the 3d scene for a long time, so cut me a little slack =P. This is more of a test in lighting than anything, but here it goes. The first test uses 600 omni lights, non domed, 200 intensity on an extremely OVER scaled scene... The globe is set to 5,000 bryce units cubed. The second scene, uses 300 omni lights at 400 intensity. The first scene took 2 hours to render, second took 1 hour. I am rendring one now that uses 1000 gelled omni lights, and 1000 box dispersed very low intensity standard omni lights to fake global illumination. All three are done in NORMAL rendering, no soft shadows or anything fancy. The third is taking much longer to render... most likely due to the 1000 gelled omnis.. oi..... I need 2 computers lol.
