You just upload your picture into the gallery of your choice, and it is automatically added to your gallery.

Go to the galleries page and where you see all the galleries listed, below that will be an Upload link, click that to upload your image. Make sure you change the drop box to the gallery you wish to upload to.

And if and when I am ready to distribute her, how should I do it, without breaking any rules or anything?

Is there a place in the gallery uploads for thumbnails? or should I use a program to do that?

You're welcome. :) You have to create your own thumbnails in a paint package, but there is a space in the upload dialog box for you to upload it when you're ready to put your work in the gallery.

Hi again :)
You need to make your thumbnail in your paint program.
You can either reduce your original image or take a small image out of your original image to become your thumbnail image.
When You do your actual "upload" you should have several items ready. One, know where your main image is filed. I know this sounds like a no-brainer, but if you are like me and file things all over the place you tend to forget these things. Sooo...
#1. Always know which folder your Gallery Image and your Thumbnail Image files are located.
#2. Make a list in a word doc of all the Merchants (if any) that you wish to credit - [If you have used any textures, props, etc. it's always nice to give credit where credit is due]- When you upload your Image to the Rosity Gallery you are given a menu of Merchants to credit, by creating your list ahead of time it makes this process smoother
#3. I also pre-write what I am going to write "below my image" in a word doc so I can run a spell check on it before hand, which makes it easier to do a quick cut and paste when I upload my image to my Rosity Gallery.
Remember if you make a mistake when uploading do not Panic. Just use the "EDIT" button and you can re-upload everything without any of your comments that have been left by members disappearing :)
Hope this helps.
By the way, your lady is very lovely :)
