I'm having some... shall we say... complications with Michale's Head. Everytime I click on his head to do something, Poser crashes on me. I've re-downloaded from DAZ and re-installed numerous times. I at first I bought Michael 1.0 and it did this. I thought if I upgraded to Michael 2.0.. maybe it would fix this, but unfortunatly it didn't.
Also... how long does it take for DAZ technical support to get back to you. Not only am I having this problem... but the V3 Head and Male Morph Paks are still giving me trouble and I sent e-mails out last week. (Of coarse their site was down over the weekend. Guess the worm had something to do with that). Any help would be greatly appreciated... I'm pretty much stuck right now cursing at my computer.

what is the error your getting ? and what poser are you running ? If your on P4 then it could be you need to update your poser with the current SR3 or what ever its at now .

If you have P4, then you need to use version 4.03. I don't remember what the version number for Pro Pack is. With P5, you need to have SR2.1. What types of problems are you having with the V3 morph packs? With some specific information, we could try to help you more. DAZ's support is usually quite good. I'm surprised you haven't heard anything back. You might want to re-send your e-mail to them. It may have been lost, accidentally deleted, etc. (Not like I've ever done that myself. Nope. Never.)

Crescent!!!! I owe you big time. Just by upgrading to 4.03 solved every single problem I had been having for the past few weeks!!! The problems with Michael, The V3 head and Male Morph Paks all work now. Thank you so much :) I had no idea about 4.03 and that I needed to upgrade to make these DAZ products operational. Thanks again...

Yeah the first version of P4 was a wreck. There are still problems in 4.03 with some bump maps not rendering properly under certain lights, but you'll find it to be one of the more stable versions.

4.03 is about as good as it gets for P4, unfortunately. We're still hoping they'll come up with a P4 update as Jim Burton had suggested. If it gave me the ability to use nested libraries, even if the update cost money, I'd snap it up in a second.
