Hi all, I have developed a program that converts textures between Victoria 1/2 format, and Victoria 3 format (and back again). The full software will be in my store here on Fri 31 Jan, but I have a limited demo version available now on my site. Check out the product page on the above link. The included picture is a conversion of the V3 hi-res maps from Daz to Victoria 1/2. Arizona (V1/2) is wearing these textures (pretty well - I might say).
