This is a new one for me. I'm running a pentium3 1GHZ prosseor with/512 ram and a brand new Geforce4 Ti 4200 on windows 98se. The only problem i've run across useing the VUE is after i render a scene and if I move my mouse over the main view,I get little white boxes showing up in the main view, that won't disappear until i do another render. The boxes also name what's under the cursor, like ground water and so on.
Can someone tell me what's going on?
I do have the latest Vue update also. I believe it may be a video problem as this didn't happen till i upgraded my video card.

Update to Vue 4.11! If you have already done so, it is a Geforce problem, I mean a Vue problem with Geforce. Very well known here:-)

No that's not it people noticed that before. Set you screen to 32 bit color and upgrade of course. You can do a search here on the forum and that problem will show up along with it's solution. I got a weird problem like that happening here. I found if you click on a object on the right it goes away. There is definatly a bug there smewhere. It's a bug cause it was not in pervious versions of Vue. It showed up in 4.11 posibly earlier I just never noticed it till then.

Have you tried minimizing vue, and then maximizing it again? When I was seeing this with mine, I would get decent results, didn't always work though. I also used the show desktop button to minimize all windows. If you have any other applications running, you may try turning those off and seeing if you continue to recive this problem. Could be caused by any number of reasons.

Hmmmm sounds like an interesting idea to try. Hopefully when the upgrade comes out this will be an issue that is taken care of. You would think buying one the best video cards on the market this wouldn't happen. I always turn off everything that's running in the background, even when i'm messing with some other 3d graphics program and it's only Vue that gives me any problems. What's realy weird is that this is the only bug i've found in the Vue. Thanks for you reply :)

This happens on my PC too. When this happens I just click on the little box to 'show last render' (color) and the little white boxes disappear.
