Wings3D Official Development Forum. Because I am trying to learn Wings3D and best place for this it, where the guys hang off who are programming and developing the program and its plug-ins. Second is, that here are many people who have a broad knowledge of the ins and outs of the program and are very nice and helpful, if someone has a question. Many links for useful tutorials are posted here as well as small help tutos for special problems. For general modeling informations I like CG Talk http://www.cgtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?s=aa9c660e0db1a6c60310ba25d30f2c49&forumid=25 Lots of informations and they even have a new Wings3D special forum now.BazC posted Sat, 01 February 2003 at 4:44 PM
Well Renderosity has to be the best! It's certainly the most friendly and helpful that I've found. Then CGTalk mentioned by Bryde above, it has a huge number of members who are expert in all areas of modelling animation rendering and any other aspect of CGI you care to mention. Spiraloid should be great, it seems to be where the really great modellers (including Bay Raitt!)hang out. It's been pretty dead for the last six months though, I just hope it picks up again cos I'd love to post there if I ever get good enough! Otherwise it's a great place to lurk if it ever gets active again. Just take a look at the challenges and gallery and then pick your jaw up off the floor! Baz
