I've made some changes to my picture, but I am not satisfied at all with it. There's something wrong with plants in the background. and I would like to give more emphasis to the diamonds, which can hardly be seen. I've tried putting other lights, but they lighten the scene too much. Any suggestion? I'm going crazy......

well, it would have helped if you posted an updated setting, But I'd suggest playing with the sky fog and haze and atmosphere settings to see if you can improve the situation. As far as the plants, try some different textures on them

also, if you add other lights, either use spotlights or adjust the falloff so the lights onlt illuminate the area you want them to

Hi Maga, I know that frustration too,Just hang in there. 8 )~ Have you tried increasing the ambiance or reflection on the diamond material? Reflection may hopefully pick up some of your already existing lights. Without a pic attatched,I cant see your plant problem, did you try some of the techniques that were mentioned in your other thread? Underwater scenes are challenging,Just hang in there and play with it. also did you know about the Ray spray tool?or the plop render feature? they're great for doing little test renders so you dont have to render the whole scene again. Good luck Hawkfyr
