Ok guys hes ready only one full texture set included. Tan and green are on the way. Get him while you can I dont know how long the server will last. And for future reference when he is gone it is ok to distribute him as long as its the original zip.

Thank you very much! Would I appear ungrateful if I suggested that you include what figure it's for though in the readme, or notes and requirements so those that do organize know where to put him? I didn't see a figure reference anywhere. Alot of people go through and download and then go through their zips at a later time, I'd hate to see you waste your precious bandwidth for a file that might be tossed out of confusion. great morph looks cool. Q: is this encoded for install?

Meaning an install file? Its a zip with mat and mor pose file One click load

If you were one of the first 100 to download him.
After uploading the orc and over a 100 downloads I discovered the texture folder was named wrong.
You can re download or in runtime/textures/
Rename the folder from orc swordsman to orc

Hmmm Uglik like! Sugestions you say, how about a grey texture as described by Tolkiens book? Oh feeding the grey ones is a breaze, there canibals so they just help themselves (meats back on the menu boys).
