I tried to do that but my clothes don't fit well. I just used the "Conform" module on Victoria 3.0 Sr1 Obj file. Could you give me some help to do it well ? Thank you in advance.

I just talked to Kattman about this very problem. he says that P-Wizard isn't fully V3 compatible, but he's working on it.

Where aren't they fitting Rilou? i've been using pwizard with no problem...using the blank V3 cr2..Steve

I ment to conform V2 clothes to V3. But I didn't try with the blank V3. Thanks: another way for me...

Ah i see, would be best if you can cut up the model the same as V3 and adjust it a bit, do you have a 3d app you could use for that, the fitting the clothes to V3 isn't to bad its just a few bits poking through, worst being the armpits, but her joints are quite a bit different especialy the arms and shins and buttocks... Steve

Ahhh, the wonders of users. I never though of using the blank V3 for this either. I'm still working on getting the regular V3 in, hopefully those fixes will also get P5 compatability in for the most part.

I use Maya 4.5 at the office. When I saw that certain users of P-Wizard could convert the clothes of Victoria2 towards Victoria3. I said myself "Which saving of time!"

I don't have a tutorial out there for this yet and I don't think anyone has created one. There is a help file with the wizard, just hit the button with the ? on it. General steps would be as follows: Model your clothing. Split the groups out for each body part. At this point make sure it is in OBJ format. Load the conforming wizard in P-Wizard. Select the clothing OBJ and the figure CR2 you want to conform to. Hit load. The wizard will attempt to match up all groups in the OBJ to body parts in the CR2. Any groups it can't match will be left for you to match to the proper body part. Keep in mind that only one group per part is allowed. Save the resulting file once all groups are matched. At this time you will have a CR2 linked to your new OBJ that has the same JP's and Sperical falloffs as the original figure. This works for most clothing as it sits close to the body. Any clothing the hangs away from the body will need some adjustment in the inner and outer mat spheres so as not to leave polygons behind when posing. Some common gotchas: You must model your clothing against the Base OBJ of the character you want it to fit. Do not export an OBJ out from poser but rather look in the CR2 for the OBJ file and make a copy of that one. This will make both the clothing and the figure start from the same location and have the Joint parameters affecrt them in exactly the same way. Try to get the seams between the body parts as simular as possible. For some clothing items this isn't as big a deal but just think if the joint in the leg of the character starts one inch higher then the joint in the pants leg you can see where this may cause trouble.
