Every once in awhile a site breaks the webring - for example, HappyWorldLand is one casualty that someone noted in a Poser thread (http://site.yahoo.com/happyworldland). I am assuming there is a automatic check for broken threads, but is there a contact person for reporting breaks or problems with links? No contact is listed on the webring pages.

P.S. I realize the breaks can sometimes be temporary. I'm just wondering if there is someone specific who looks into these matters.
