The PoserPros staff members are sponsoring a free item each week, and this week's free item is a Part Dress for Victoria 3, by the3dWizard. I believe you have to be a member @ PoserPros in order to download, so if you're not already a member you'll have to sign up. Thanks. Actually, I realised why I couldn't see it - it is some javascript php link which is turned off by my Internet Security Setting. Saw it when I temporarily disabled it.
